The dining experience left much to be desired, as guests struggled to find breakfast options, leading to noise disturbances and lack of sleep. The facilities were satisfactory, with a multi-storey car park close by.

The location is excellent in the city center, close to rail/coach station, docks & canals, and cathedral, although the car parking is pricey and not secure. Breakfast is available for an extra £5, which is good considering the reasonable room rate.

The hotel was more like the standards we had seen in our friend's room. The room was tiny and clearly laid out as a single room, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The location was pretty good, conveniently within walking distance of various attractions, but lack of parking was a drawback.
